This study aims to assist Science Hunter Indonesia in measuring mentor performance and assisting in calculating employee salaries. The method used is prototyping and evaluating the effect of the information system. (Mentor performance recording activities and automatic salary calculations as well as other features contained in the system). The method used in the development of this information system is prototyping with the following steps: gathering requirements, building prototyping, evaluating prototyping, coding the system, testing the system, and using the system. This information system is intended for mentors and company management to facilitate the online teaching process and the data recording process. Calculations using a Likert scale are carried out to measure the level of satisfaction with the system as a result of the calculation as a whole the system is already very satisfied with the Satisfaction, Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency components, and satisfied with the Error occurrence component
