Problem Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ide bisnis ini muncul karena banyak mahasiswa dan anak muda membutuhkan camilan yang praktis untuk menemani aktivitas sehari-hari. Dengan jadwal kuliah yang padat, tugas, organisasi, maupun kegiatan lainnya, mereka membutuhkan makanan ringan yang mudah dikonsumsi tanpa perlu persiapan tambahan.<\/p>\n<p>Masalah yang ditemukan adalah masih terbatasnya pilihan camilan manis yang praktis, menarik, dan memiliki harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli mahasiswa. Selain itu, banyak produk snack yang tersedia memiliki rasa dan tekstur yang cenderung serupa sehingga kurang memberikan pengalaman baru bagi konsumen.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai solusi, YUMMI\u00c9 menawarkan snack manis dengan harga terjangkau dan tekstur yang unik. Produk ini tersedia dalam beberapa varian seperti Froot Loops dan Choco Krunch yang memberikan pilihan rasa berbeda kepada konsumen. Dengan harga Rp15.000 per kotak, YUMMI\u00c9 berusaha memberikan nilai yang sebanding dengan kualitas yang ditawarkan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. Product Idea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>YUMMI\u00c9 adalah produk camilan manis berbentuk cereal marshmallow bar yang menggabungkan marshmallow dan sereal dalam satu sajian yang praktis. Produk ini memiliki kombinasi tekstur chewy dan crunchy yang memberikan pengalaman berbeda dibandingkan snack bar biasa. Selain rasanya yang manis dan menyenangkan, YUMMI\u00c9 juga mudah dibawa dan dikonsumsi kapan saja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. Business Model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Target pasar utama YUMMI\u00c9 adalah mahasiswa dan anak muda, khususnya Binusian. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan meliputi promosi melalui Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, serta penjualan langsung di lingkungan kampus. Selain itu, metode word-of-mouth juga digunakan untuk meningkatkan awareness dan menarik pelanggan baru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. Marketing Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analisis pasar dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TAM, SAM, dan SOM pada empat lokasi potensial, yaitu BINUS Kemanggisan, BINUS Alam Sutera, Blok M, dan Kelapa Gading. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, Blok M memiliki nilai TAM, SAM, dan SOM terbesar, yang menunjukkan potensi jumlah konsumen dan peluang penjualan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan lokasi lainnya. Namun, BINUS Kemanggisan dipilih sebagai fokus utama pengembangan bisnis karena memiliki akses langsung terhadap target pasar utama YUMMI\u00c9, yaitu mahasiswa BINUS. Selain lebih mudah dijangkau, lokasi ini juga memungkinkan tim melakukan promosi langsung, memperoleh feedback dengan cepat, serta membangun loyalitas pelanggan sejak tahap awal bisnis.<\/p>\n<p>Perhitungan Break Even Point (BEP) menunjukkan bahwa YUMMI\u00c9 perlu menjual sekitar 127\u2013184 kotak per bulan, atau sekitar 5\u20137 kotak per hari tergantung lokasi penjualan. Target tersebut dinilai cukup realistis karena dapat dicapai melalui penjualan langsung, sistem pre-order, partisipasi dalam event kampus, serta promosi yang konsisten melalui media sosial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VI. Hal ini berarti potensi pendapatan cabang BINUS Kemanggisan jauh lebih besar dibandingkan biaya yang dikeluarkan, sehingga cabang ini dinilai sangat menguntungkan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil analisis yang sudah saya lakukan, saya melihat bahwa Yummi\u00e9 memiliki peluang yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan. Produk ini sudah mendapatkan respon positif dari target market awal, terutama dari Binusian. Berdasarkan feedback form, mayoritas responden menyukai rasa, packaging, harga, dan ukuran produk Yummi\u00e9. Bahkan, 100% responden mengatakan bahwa Yummi\u00e9 enak dan packaging-nya menarik, serta 94,7% responden merasa harga Rp15.000 masih worth it.<\/p>\n<p>Dari sisi biaya, Yummi\u00e9 memiliki rata-rata COGS sekitar Rp7.900 per kotak, sedangkan harga jualnya adalah Rp15.000 per kotak. Artinya, saya masih mendapatkan contribution margin sekitar Rp7.100 per kotak. Menurut saya, margin ini cukup baik untuk bisnis kecil karena masih bisa digunakan untuk menutup biaya operasional seperti promosi, transportasi, dan kebutuhan booth.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pengembangan cabang, saya menganalisis empat lokasi, yaitu BINUS Kemanggisan, BINUS Alam Sutera, Blok M, dan Kelapa Gading. Dari hasil perhitungan TAM, SAM, dan SOM, Blok M memiliki potensi pasar paling besar karena area tersebut ramai anak muda, pekerja, cafe hoppers, dan tren F&amp;B. Namun, untuk tahap awal, saya merasa BINUS Kemanggisan adalah lokasi yang paling strategis untuk memulai, karena market Yummi\u00e9 saat ini paling dekat dengan Binusian dan lingkungan kampus.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan perhitungan BEP, Yummi\u00e9 perlu menjual sekitar 127\u2013184 kotak per bulan, atau sekitar 5\u20137 kotak per hari, tergantung lokasi cabang. Menurut saya, target ini masih cukup realistis, terutama jika penjualan dilakukan melalui pre-order, direct selling, campus event, dan promosi di social media.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi, secara keseluruhan, saya melihat Yummi\u00e9 sebagai bisnis snack manis yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Strategi awal yang paling masuk akal adalah fokus terlebih dahulu di area BINUS Kemanggisan, lalu mulai memperluas pasar ke BINUS Alam Sutera.
