SEM adalah teknik\u00a0<em>multivariate analysis<\/em>\u00a0yang menggabungkan antara analisis faktor dan analisis regresi (korelasi), dengan tujuan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang ada pada sebuah model, baik itu antar indikator dengan konstruksnya maupun hubungan antar konstruk.<\/p>\n<p>PLS (<em>Partial Least Square<\/em>) merupakan model persamaan struktural SEM yang berbasis komponen atau varian.
