Tang Soo Yin is the Centre Director of the User Experience Centre (UXC) at Singapore Polytechnic. At UXC She drives sustainable innovation with SMEs, MNCs, agencies and strategic industry partners together with her agile team.

They challenge business/agency/corporate teams and individuals to shift mindset, accelerate innovation and solve complex problems through humanity-centred innovation underpinned by transdisciplinary thinking in multi-disciplined teams, systems thinking, design facilitation and coaching to yield best sustainable and innovative outcomes in practices, systems as well as humanity-centred products and services.
