Health and Well-being Day : Empowering Health, Inspiring Happiness
To support the holistic well-being of every boarder, BINUS Square, through the Student Support Office, proudly hosts its annual Health & Well-being Day every October in conjunction with World Mental Health Day. This signature event reflects our commitment to fostering a healthy balance of mind, body, and soul by promoting both physical and mental well-being in an engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful environment.
Throughout the event, boarders are encouraged to take proactive steps toward maintaining their overall health. Participants can access a variety of medical check-up services, including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid screenings, followed by personal consultations with healthcare professionals to better understand their results and receive appropriate health advice.
Beyond physical wellness, Health & Well-being Day also places a strong emphasis on mental well-being. Through the Stress Relief Spot, boarders can participate in relaxing and interactive activities designed to reduce stress, recharge their energy, and strengthen social connections within the BINUS Square community.
For those seeking a safe space to express their thoughts and emotions, the event also features a Kotak Curhat, where participants can anonymously share their feelings, as well as a Psychologist Booth, offering professional counseling sessions for boarders who wish to receive personalized support.
More than just a one-day celebration, Health & Well-being Day reflects BINUS Square’s ongoing commitment to creating a supportive living environment where students are empowered to care for both their physical and mental health. Through meaningful experiences and accessible professional support, the event reminds every boarder that well-being is not only essential for academic success but also the foundation for living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling university life.
