A recruitment process has begun for BSSC 11th Presidency. Therefore, an interview is conducted by the Executive Committee and Managers of BSSC 11th Presidency. Each of them has their own interview session with boarders who decided to become a part of the BSSC family. There were 55 candidates in total who were about to be interviewed in the range of 4 days.

The interview began from Wednesday, 25th November 2020 until Saturday, 28th November 2020. Each day was divided into 4 shifts, starting from 2 PM until 5 PM. There are 16 candidates who were interviewed each day. Through ZOOM Meetings and divided into different rooms based on the interviewer using ZOOM breakout room’s feature. Each candidate had been interviewed by 4 different interviewers which consist of the Executive Committee and 3 divisions that they choose. They had to answer several questions that are related to their personality, determination, knowledge about BSSC.

The interview went smoothly without any significant errors. Candidates arrive based on the time that is set which is 10 minutes before their preferred shift. The results from the interview are going to be used by the committee as a baseline in determining the members of BSSC 11th Presidency. This recruitment process can run well because of the help and support from PDC, as the facilitator of the ZOOM Meeting and the student organization advisor of BSSC.
