BSSC 10TH Presidency Gathering I 2020 “Around Indonesia in 3 Hours”
After 4 months in BSSC 10th Presidency, at 16 February 2020 EXCOM (Executive Committee) BSSC 10th Presidency held an event called BSSC Gathering I. The purpose of this event is to strengthen the bond of each member. This event was held at TMII (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah). This event was quite a challenging one because there’s only 5 people to organize it together.
BSSC Gathering I 2020 was inspired from a movie called “Around the World in 80 Days”. In that film people travel around the world to win a mission. However we decided to raise the theme “Around Indonesia in 3 hours” and held the event in TMII because there are various regions in Indonesia. Every division has been given mission that they must completed when they visit each region and take a photo as a proof. This session gives participants sense of adventure, fun, and memory stored in their smartphone as they stroll around each region. Followed by a lunch break at noon for 40 minutes to catch their breath and rest up. The next sessions were final mission which is some post games such as Flip Tic Tac Toe, Bounce The Ball, and Magic Carpet that has been given to the participants to received “Mission Champion” award. In the end of this final mission, Sport division comes up with “Mission Champion”.
At the peak of the events, 8 divisions in BSSC gives their variative performance to win “Performance Champion” award. The hall was filled with applause and laugh as each division give their best performance. In the end, Art division won the “Performance Champion” award.
In the last session of this event, all participants take a group photo and video to reserve the memory. Finally, BSSC Gathering I has ended with so much memory and joy. We hope at our next event all member of BSSC can work together more comfortably with one another in BSSC 10th Presidency.
