Seminar BSSC “Improvise, Adapt, Overcome”
On November 5th 2018, Seminar BSSC was held in Oak Room, BINUS Square. This event was attended by boarders of BINUS Square.
The theme of this seminar is “Improvise, Adapt, Overcome”. We chose this theme because we want to inspire new boarders and boarders who want to study abroad about how to adapt in new environment where the culture’s different. This theme was a right fit for the participants of this seminar. Our speaker was Louis Chaw who is a student of BINUS International and has travelled to many countries. It’s an honor for us to have him as our speaker.
This event started at 7.10 PM where the registration was opened. After being registered, all participants would get snacks and tea. The seminar itself was held for around 70 minutes, where at the end of the seminar, participants were allowed to ask the speaker various questions regarding to the theme. After that, the Project Manager of this seminar gave certificate and souvenir to Louis Chaw as an appreciation for being a speaker of this seminar.
This event was held by HRD Division of BSSC 8th Presidency. This event was very successful considering that the participants was very enthusiastic during the seminar session. We also want to thank all the participants who have attended this seminar, we hope that this seminar can be useful in their life. We also hope that next year’s seminar will be better and bigger.
