To be invited for the SHINE 2026 Campus Hiring, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔️Experience: Be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of one year of working experience.
✔️Education: Hold at least an S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in any major.
✔️GPA/IP: Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) or Indeks Prestasi (IP) of 3.5.
✔️Age: Be a maximum of 25 years old as of March 31, 2026.
✔️English Proficiency: Achieve a minimum score of 500 on the TOEFL or 5.5 on the IELTS.
