Mengusung tema <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"168\">&#8220;The F&amp;B Future Makers: Industry Immersion Business Insights&#8221;<\/b>, kunjungan ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai strategi bisnis, operasional, serta standar pelayanan dalam industri <i data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"365\">bakery-caf\u00e9<\/i> global.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Untuk memastikan proses pembelajaran berjalan interaktif dan optimal, kegiatan <i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"79\">company visit<\/i> ini dibagi ke dalam dua sesi (<i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"123\">batch<\/i>):<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Batch 1:<\/b> Pukul 10.00 \u2013 11.00 WIB<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Batch 2:<\/b> Pukul 13.00 \u2013 14.00 WIB<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\">Sebagai salah satu jaringan <\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">bakery-caf\u00e9<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\"> ternama berkonsep <\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"58\">French-inspired<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\">, Paris Baguette menjadi studi kasus yang sangat relevan bagi mahasiswa BHM dalam memahami dinamika bisnis <\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"180\">Food &amp; Beverage<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\"> (F&amp;B) modern. Melalui program <\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"226\">immersion<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\"> ini, para mahasiswa B2027 mendapatkan berbagai wawasan bisnis (<\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"299\">business insights<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\">) berharga, antara lain:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Operasional &amp; Manajemen Kualitas:<\/b> Memahami pentingnya menjaga konsistensi mutu produk, kesegaran bahan (<i data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"104\">freshness<\/i>), hingga manajemen rantai pasok (<i data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">supply chain<\/i>) pada bisnis <i data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"173\">bakery<\/i> berskala besar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Inovasi &amp; <i data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"10\">Brand Positioning<\/i>:<\/b> Melihat bagaimana Paris Baguette memposisikan dirinya di pasar kuliner modern dengan memadukan konsep klasik Eropa dan selera konsumen lokal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Manajemen Layanan &amp; <i data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"20\">Customer Experience<\/i>:<\/b> Mengamati langsung bagaimana tata letak (<i data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"82\">layout<\/i>), pencahayaan, aroma, hingga standar pelayanan karyawan dirancang untuk menciptakan <i data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"173\">customer journey<\/i> yang nyaman dan berkesan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\">Kegiatan <\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"9\">company visit<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\"> ini bukan sekadar kunjungan lapangan biasa, melainkan jembatan penting yang menghubungkan teori manajemen di ruang kelas dengan realita industri. Dengan berinteraksi langsung bersama para praktisi di Paris Baguette, mahasiswa BHM B2027 dibekali perspektif baru mengenai peluang, tantangan, serta inovasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi pemimpin dan pembaharu (<\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit;color: #5e5e5e;font-size: 16px\" data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"381\">future makers<\/i><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color:
