Students from the Business Hotel Management (BHM) program at BINUS University representing the BINUSIAN 2028 and 2029 participated in the Hilton Educare 2026<\/b> initiative on April 16, 2026. Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta \u2013 Diponegoro from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB, the immersive industrial visit gave the students direct exposure to top-tier operational standards and corporate culture within one of the world’s most iconic hotel chains.<\/p>\n

Accompanied by faculty members from the Business Hotel Management department, the students participated in a structured series of sessions designed to unpack Hilton\u2019s global business model, service philosophy, and commitment to guest satisfaction. The interactive morning presentations provided a deep dive into the operational frameworks and strategic management principles that drive success across Hilton’s international portfolio.<\/p>\n

A major highlight of the visit was an exclusive behind-the-scenes perspective on hotel management and talent pipeline development. Hotel executives and department heads shared invaluable insights into modern guest relations, food and beverage strategy, and back-of-house efficiency.
