Hal ini merupakan strategi yang dirancang oleh organisasi untuk membantu konsumen mengidentifikasi dan merasakan merek dengan cepat, dan memberi konsumen alasan untuk memilih suatu produk daripada produk lainnya\/pesaing, apakah produk ini sesuai dengan mereka atau tidak. Sedangkan <em><u>brand experience<\/u> <\/em>adalah pengalaman-pengalaman unik yang tidak terlupakan yang dialami oleh para pelanggan ketika menikmati produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Dimana akumulasi dari pengalaman tersebut akan menciptakan kesan tersendiri dan unik tentang <em>brand <\/em>di pikiran dan hati pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Manfaat memberikan <em>brand experience <\/em>kepada pelanggan diantaranya:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><em>Brand <\/em>produk atau jasa menjadi terdiferensiasi dengan baik\u00a0 di\u00a0 tengah\u00a0 banyaknya <em>brand <\/em>dengan kategori bisnis yang sama dengan produk atau jasa yang kita<\/li>\n<li><em>Brand experience <\/em>yang diberikan kepada para pelanggan akan memudahkan <em>brand<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">untuk menjual produk atau jasa mereka kepada para calon konsumen<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Adanya <em>engagement <\/em>sehingga terjadi loyalitas konsumen. <em>Brand Experience <\/em>ini akan dialami oleh para pelanggan ketika mereka sedang menikmati atau menggunakan produk atau jasa<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Brand <\/em>experience bisa dirasakan konsumen bisa melalui produk pada saat pembelanjaan <em>offline <\/em>dan <em>online<\/em>. Bisa juga ada saat menerima kemasan sesudah membeli produk. Pengalaman bisa juga terjadi di tempat konsumen melakukan pembelanjaan <em>offline <\/em>dan website atau marketplace, dan yang terakhir adalah promosi.
