Beberapa penelitian gamification pembelajaran bidang matematika membuat siswa mengurangi kepuasan dan motivasi. Kombinasi hasil kontroversial dan moderenisasi tentang efeknya dalam lingkungan pendidikan menimbulkan ketidakpastian tentang manfaat penerapannya dalam pendidikan sebagai pengaturan, dan penggunaannya perlu diteliti dengan hati-hati. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas augmented reality sistem, desain penelitian pretest \/ posttest quasi-eksperimental diterapkan untuk memeriksa kinerja siswa pada bidang geometri dan kemampuan spasial.
