Rangkaian ini melakukan operasi logika yang dapat ditentukan secara matematis menggunakan fungsi Boolean.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fungsi Boolean<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fungsi Boolean adalah ekspresi matematika yang menggunakan variabel biner (0 atau 1) dan operator logika (AND, OR, NOT, XOR, dll.) untuk menghasilkan output biner. Fungsi ini menjadi dasar dalam perancangan dan analisis rangkaian logika digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contoh fungsi Boolean sederhana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F = A AND B (output akan 1 hanya jika A dan B bernilai 1)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F = A OR B (output akan 1 jika A atau B bernilai 1)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F = NOT A (output adalah kebalikan dari A)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Encoder<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5756\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/artikel-34.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"158\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Gambar 1. Encoder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Encoder adalah rangkaian logika kombinasional yang berfungsi untuk mengubah atau mengkodekan suatu sinyal masukan diskrit menjadi keluaran kode biner. Encoder disusun dari gerbang-gerbang logika yang menghasilkan keluaran biner sebagai hasil tanggapan adanya dua atau lebih variabel masukan. Hasil keluaran dinyatakan dengan aljabar Boolean, tergantung dari kombinasi gerbang yang digunakan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sebuah Encoder harus memenuhi syarat perancangan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">text<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">m \u2264 2^n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">di mana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">m = jumlah input<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">n = jumlah output (bit)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Artinya, jumlah input (m) harus lebih kecil atau sama dengan 2 pangkat jumlah output (n).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contoh: Encoder 4-ke-2 (4-to-2 Encoder)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Encoder 4-ke-2 memiliki 4 input (D0, D1, D2, D3) dan 2 output (Q1, Q0). Decoder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Decoder adalah rangkaian logika kombinasional yang mempunyai sifat yang berkebalikan dengan Encoder yaitu merubah kode biner menjadi sinyal diskrit. Sebuah dekoder harus memenuhi syarat perancangan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">text<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">m \u2264 2^n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">di mana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">m = jumlah output<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">n = jumlah input (bit)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Satu kombinasi masukan hanya dapat mewakili satu kombinasi keluaran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contoh: Decoder 2-ke-4 (2-to-4 Decoder)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Decoder 2-ke-4 memiliki 2 input (A, B) dan 4 output (Q0, Q1, Q2, Q3). Decoder ini mengubah kode BCD (4-bit) menjadi sinyal yang mengaktifkan segmen-segmen pada display 7-segmen untuk menampilkan angka desimal (0-9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Misalnya, jika input BCD adalah 0101 (desimal 5), maka decoder akan mengaktifkan segmen a, c, d, f, dan g pada display 7-segmen sehingga membentuk angka &#8220;5&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rangkaian kombinasional, khususnya encoder dan decoder, merupakan komponen dasar dalam sistem digital. Encoder mengubah sinyal diskrit menjadi kode biner, sedangkan decoder melakukan kebalikannya. Dengan memahami cara kerja dan aplikasi dari encoder dan decoder, kita dapat merancang dan membangun berbagai sistem digital yang kompleks dan fungsional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Contoh Spesifik: Decoder BCD ke 7-Segmen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Decoder ini mengubah kode BCD (4-bit) menjadi sinyal untuk mengaktifkan segmen pada display 7-segmen sehingga menampilkan angka desimal 0\u20139.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Misalnya, input BCD 0101 (angka 5) akan mengaktifkan segmen tertentu pada display untuk membentuk angka 5.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Referensi dan Sumber Terpercaya<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M.
