Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan strategi promosi yang tepat sasaran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sebelum melihat strategi promosi yang dilkaukan oleh e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia, berikut ini adalah tiga alasan utama yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen sebelum memutuskan untuk memilih e-commerce tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4729\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"523\" height=\"199\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Berdasarkan data survey yang dilakukan oleh Jakpat, ternyata strategi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak manajemen e-commerce kepada konsumen memiliki kemiripan antara satu e-commerce dengan e-commerce lainnya. Berikut adalah hasil survey tersebut terkait dengan alasan konsumen memilih berbelanja pada e-commerce tertentu tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4732\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.2-640x195.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"195\" srcset=\"https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.2-640x195.jpg 640w, https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.2.jpg 1199w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4733\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.3-640x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.3-640x207.jpg 640w, https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Artikel-9.3.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dapat disimpulkan kedua hasil survey tersebut, bahwa memang konsumen e-commerce di Indonesia menyukai bentuk promosi berupa diskon, gratis ongkos kirim, dan harga yang kompetitif (lower price) serta kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Kedua hal tersebut ternyata berdasarkan survey juga di implementasikan pada keempat e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia, yakni Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, JD.id, dan Zilingo. Sedangkan blibli.com dan Zilingo lebih fokus pada program-program promosi seperti menawarkan diskon, gratis ongkos kirim, harga yang kompetitif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Berdasarkan data tersebut, maka ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan juga oleh pihak manajemen di e-commerce tersebut, antara lain adalah biaya promosi yang telah dikeluarkan dan strategi komunikasi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan target pasar dari tiap e-commerce, karena secara umum, setiap e-commerce menawarkan strategi promosi yang sama dan apabila para manajemen tidak melakukan perhitungan yang matang terkait dengan biaya promosi yang telah mereka keluarkan maka dalam jangka panjang maka tentu akan menggangu kegiatan operasional dalam perusahaan dan tentu akan mengurangi pendapatan serta profit e-commerce tersebut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ketatnya persaingan dalam industri e-commerce tentunya membuat pihak manajemen organisasi tersebut mencari cara untuk dapat memenangkan pasar e-commerce tersebut.
