Masing-masing dari tiap e-commerce tersebut memiliki strategi yang berbeda-beda untuk merebut pasar yang ada di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan banyaknya jumlah e-commerce tersebut, maka membuat tingkat persaingan antar e-commerce tersebut juga tinggi dan berakibat pada tutupnya beberapa e-commerce karena tidak mampu bersaing. Beberapa e-commerce yang kalah bersaing tersebut antara lain adalah Rakuten, plasa.com, tokobagus, berniaga.com, Qlapa.com, dan mataharimall.com.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan pada data dari Jakpat, terdapat beberapa barang yang sering dibeli oleh konsumen di e-commerce tersebut, yakni:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4360\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-640x180.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-640x180.png 640w, https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture.png 988w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tentunya dari ketatnya persaingan antar e-commerce tersebut, masih ada beberapa e-commerce yang menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat, berikut ini adalah beberapa e-commerce pilihan masyarakat tersebut menurut hasil survey Jakpat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4363\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-1-640x212.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-1-640x212.png 640w, https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-1.png 988w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dapat dilihat bahwa Shopee menempati peringkat teratas, baik itu dari situs yang paling banyak dikunjungi, maupun situs tempat membeli barang, disusul oleh Tokopedia, Lazada, dan Bukalapak.<\/p>\n<p>Yang menarik dari ketiga e-commerce tersebut adalah, keempat e-commerce tersebut menerapkan strategi yang serupa, yakni sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4366\" src=\"http:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-2-640x209.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-2-640x209.png 640w, https:\/\/binus.ac.id\/bandung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Capture-2.png 996w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dapat dilihat pada gambar, bahwa keempat e-commerce tersebut memiliki strategi yakni gratis ongkos kirim produk, harga yang bersaing, promo atau diskon produk, dan aplikasi atau tampilan layout yang <em>user friendly<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir di Indonesia telah banyak tumbuh e-commerce, mulai dari Tokopedia, Bukalapak, JD.id, Shopee, Blibli.com, Qlapa.com, Rakuten, Elevenia, mataharimall.com, dan lain sebagainya.
