Acara ini berlangsung pada 6 Desember 2024 dan diselenggarakan dalam format hibrida, menghubungkan peserta dari berbagai kampus BINUS melalui pertemuan Zoom. Meskipun saya mewakili kampus Bandung, kompetisi ini mempertemukan mahasiswa dari berbagai lokasi, menciptakan lingkungan yang beragam dan kompetitif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Untuk penampilan saya, saya berbicara tentang gegar budaya, khususnya pengalaman pribadi saya bertransisi dari belajar di sekolah internasional sepanjang hidup saya ke melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi di BINUS. Saya ingin berbagi betapa tak terduga proses penyesuaian itu dan bagaimana hal itu membentuk pemahaman saya tentang identitas, adaptasi, dan komunikasi. Topiknya terasa bermakna dan jujur, dan memungkinkan saya untuk menghubungkan perjalanan saya sendiri dengan audiens yang lebih luas yang mungkin telah mengalami perubahan serupa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sepanjang acara, suasananya terasa suportif namun kompetitif. Saya merasa gugup sebelum presentasi, terutama karena ini adalah pertama kalinya saya berkompetisi dalam kompetisi BINUS. Meskipun begitu, saya penasaran untuk melihat bagaimana presentasi saya akan diterima. Selama presentasi, saya berfokus pada kejelasan dan penceritaan, dan saya lega melihat reaksi positif dari penonton dan juri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ketika hasilnya diumumkan, saya sungguh senang mengetahui bahwa para juri menghargai penyampaian dan pesan saya. Memenangkan kompetisi ini meningkatkan kepercayaan diri saya secara signifikan. Sejak saat itu, saya merasa lebih percaya diri dalam presentasi dan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum saya, dan hal itu mendorong saya untuk mengikuti lebih banyak kompetisi agar dapat terus menunjukkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris saya dan mengeksplorasi peluang baru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><u>English Version<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Experience of Becoming a Beelingua&#8217;s Got Talent Winner (TED Talk)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I had the opportunity to participate in the <em>Beelingua\u2019s Got Talent <\/em>competition, where I delivered a TED Talk-Style presentation. The event took place on 6 December 2024 and was held in a hybrid format, connecting participants from various BINUS campuses through a Zoom meeting. Although I represented the Bandung campus, the competition brought together students from different locations, creating a diverse and competitive environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For my performance, I spoke about culture shock, specifically my personal experience transitioning from studying in an international school my entire life to continuing my higher education at BINUS. I wanted to share how unexpected the adjustment process was and how it shaped my understanding of identity, adaptation, and communication. The topic felt meaningful and honest, and it allowed me to connect my own journey with a broader audience who might have gone through similar changes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Throughout the event, the atmosphere felt supportive yet competitive. I was nervous before presenting, especially since it was my first time competing in a BINUS competition. Even so, I was curious to see how my presentation would be received. During the talk, I focused on clarity and storytelling, and I was relieved to see positive reactions from both the audience and the judges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">When the results were announced, I was genuinely happy to learn that the judges appreciated my delivery and message. Winning the competition boosted my confidence significantly. Since then, I\u2019ve felt more assured in my presentation and public speaking cibilities, and it encouraged me to join more competitions to continue showcasing my English skills and exploring new opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saya berkesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi Beelingua\u2019s Got Talent, di mana saya menyampaikan presentasi bergaya TED Talk.
