Tim peneliti BINUS Bandung yang dari Rachmi Kumala Widyasari, Adrianto Wibowo Tjokrowerdojo dan Citra Fadillah adalah bagian dari peneliti gabungan antara BRIN, BINUS dan Industri Otomotif Viar. Penelitian kali ini adalah dalam rangka pengembangan prototipe kendaraan roda tiga multifungsi khusus untuk kaum difabel. Prototipe E-trike yang sudah ada akan dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna difabel yang berkaitan fungsi komersil. Pengembangan Prototipe ini melalui pendekatan ergonomi, user interface dan user experience. Dimana prototipe tahun 2022 merupakan re-desain dari Prototipe Viar RE3 yang nantinya akan dilengkapi dengan beragam fitur yang menunjang aksesibilitas dan utilitas penyandang disabiltas.
