Without a plan, advertisements will not arrive and become ineffective. Especially when our business is in the start-up stage, our target market is new people or those who don’t know our product yet, how they want to be interested and buy our products if we do not set up a good plan and strategy. Therefore, here is one strategy for our digital marketing business, namely through the customer value journey.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The following are eight stages of strategy in the customer value journey that must be implemented:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We are informing our products or services to customers so that they know of our existence. This can be done through advertising, power of mouth, social media, or other things.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Get customers involved through communication such as articles, answer their questions to solve problems they face, and all interactions without selling and pressuring them to buy products. Let’s build a relationship first (human to human connection) to create a more profound closeness.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Offer our customers something they can’t refuse, such as coupons, discounts, and more information about our business. In return, we also get their contacts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Customers who claim coupons by exchanging their names, phone numbers, and emails. Provide an opportunity and prospects for our products or services that the customer will purchase.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Prospects and opportunities that actually occur when customers make transactions. Through this stage, our business must provide and prove the value we have to our customers. This is very important to give an ‘excited’ experience and provide satisfaction to customers so that they too can become loyal customers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Where customers make purchases from our core offerings, not through coupons or discounts. Going through this stage shows that we have succeeded in marketing and can get profits that continue to increase with the arrival of customers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Our business development to be better can be through reviews or feedback. Aside from being a business development suggestion, it is also a recommendation to closest friends and family and others who read it. This review is tangible evidence of the customer experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n These customers can become active promoters who offer our products. An effective way is to build a community to promote our brand. The promoters can be done with a commission, free of charge according to their wishes because of their interest in our brand.
