This framing helps focus attention on the potential for positive change, instead of what people are up against.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be specific about what you\u2019re facing\u2014and how you plan to face it.<\/strong> For example: \u201cWe\u2019re facing uncertainty about whether there will be more regulation of our products.
