Egg n Cheese Sandwich

sandwich that uses two Toasted bread that is lightly jammed with butter, using a special mixture of chili and mayo sauce for the sandwich sauce with a half boiled scrambled egg which is seasoned with a salt, pepper, and a slight touch of msg for flavor and with the last touch to the sandwich, which is a slice off cheese that is heated for a few seconds in the pan to have it melt a little bit and not get burnt. With the order of assembling being the butter toast, a slight touch of the sandwich sauce, continued with the heated cheese and half boiled scrambled eggs and lastly the other toasted bread.
