Job Description
– Client Acquisition
Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients to expand the company’s market presence.
– Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term, trust-based partnerships with existing corporate clients through consistent follow-ups and value-added support.
– Sales Performance
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a results-driven approach.
– Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points; provide regular actionable insights to management.

Requirements
Experience
– Minimum 2 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.
– Industry Knowledge
Background in the warehouse/logistics industry or machinery/equipment sector is a strong advantage.
– Mobility
Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driving license for regular on-site client visits.
– Core Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with basic team coordination and time-management abilities.
– Mindset
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to continuously learn new technical products and solutions.
