Job Description

• Sourcing & Price Comparison

Proactively source and compare prices across numerous stores and suppliers to ensure the best value and quality for the company.

• Market Knowledge

Leverage a strong familiarity with LTC Glodok and its network of stores to identify reliable and cost-effective vendors.

• Vendor Network

Utilize a wide network of suppliers to secure competitive pricing, negotiate terms, and maintain good vendor relationships.

• Data Management

Maintain detailed, organized records of quotations, purchases, and vendor information for easy reference and audit.

• Process Flow

Follow and manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle — from request to delivery — ensuring smooth workflow and timely procurement.

Requirements

• Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement department, with a solid understanding of purchasing workflows.

• Mobility

Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license for daily supplier visits and store rounds.

• Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with LTC Glodok and its store landscape is a key requirement.

• Skills

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple quotes and orders simultaneously.

• Mindset

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
