– Identify improvement opportunities in current business process and explore ways how IT can add value.
– Identify and propose IT solutions, present business case/proposal, impact and benefit analysis, manage solution implementation.
– Negotiate and agree on performance criteria (balancing cost, time, risk and functionality) with users and application development team.
– Conduct post-implementation reviews.
– Partner with business units to understand business unit strategies and provide information system solution recommendations to meet the needs of each business unit.
– Design and provide recommendations for information systems solutions.

– Working knowledge of SAP system
– Working knowledge if IT System, Analytics, Data Warehouse (Information Management)
– Basic appreciation of IT Infrastructure Technology
