1. Develop, test and implement new application or software programs
2. Clearly and regularly communicate with colleagues
3. Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues
4. Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
5. Analyse user requirements and convert to design documents
6. Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
