• Prospecting for new clients and referral sources utilizing the direct phone calls, emails, client visits, or other local marketing programs as directed by marketing management
• Analyzing customer needs and interests
• Determining which services are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary
• Scheduling appointments and visiting potential clients to secure referrals to end users
• Presenting and giving information about Pro Int Software, especially about HR Cloud
• Projecting positive image in representing the company to prospective and existing client
• Completing and submitting accurate work report to marketing management
• Achieve short and long term target and maintain existing client
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major preferred Computer Science/Information Technology/ Communication/ Management (GPA min 2.75)
• Having excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
• Having selling techniques and negotiation skills
• Good in English both oral and written
• Good looking
• Having min. 2 years experience in sales marketing IT Products, especially HR Cloud
