Application Support
– To perform design, coding, testing and implementation of applications system to support business and customer requirements
– 1st level local and regional application support

Infrastructure
– 1st level technical helpdesk
– Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
– Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned

Skill Requirements :

Must
– Experience in managing lifecycle of solutions in one of the followings: ASP.NET framework (C#, VB), Java, JavaScript
– Good Knowledge and experience of Tomcat, IIS, Oracle, and/or MySql,
– Strong knowledge of SQL Database (Reporting service, database service and store procedure)
– Capable of anticipating and understanding market / customer needs
– Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties.

PLUS: Experience of SAP / ERP system management and/or deployment strategies
