Job Descriptions:
– Manage incident and problem ticket
– Collaborate with Vendor for problem solving, change and new installation
– Create daily, weekly and monthly report

Key Skills:
– Basic programming and Database SQL knowledge would be an advantage
– Experience with hypervisor VMware and Hyper-V is a must. Other hypervisor such as AHV Nutanix, XenServer, etc would be a valuable advantage
– Experience with server hardware infrastructure: NAS & SAN Storage, Tape Library, etc

Specifications:
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (IT)
– Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Good Communication skills and Team work
– Able to speak English
– Critical thinking
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
