Job Description :
- Create monthly digital marketing strategy and proposal
- Create quarterly digital marketing strategy and proposal
- Create yearly digital marketing strategy and proposal
- Create digital marketing strategy based on KPI (traffic, blog view, reach, impressions, leads, sales, targeted audience, demographics, geographies)
- Convert KPI into most efficient cost spending
- Plan and Execute All Google AdWords Campaign (SEM Campaign)
- Plan and Execute All Facebook Ads Campaign (SMM Campaign)
- Plan and Execute All Instagram Ads Campaign (SMM Campaign)
- Monitor All Ongoing Campaign
- Create daily control on all ongoing digital campaign
- Setting KPI
- Optimize landing page based on SEO
- Optimize landing page based on Leads KPI
- Optimize landing page based on Sales KPI
- Optimize Google AdWords based on traffic, leads, and sales
- Optimize Social Media Ads based on reach, impression, engagement, traffic, leads, and sales
- Create most effective sales copy for Google AdWords and Social Media Ads, both in Bahasa and English
- Work with designer to create most effective Display Ads / Banners Ads
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Measure and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insight
- Optimize spend and performance based on the insight
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with programmer and designer to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Have experience to make sales copy
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-year marketing experience is required
- Understanding market research and business analytics
- Experience in developing digital marketing plans and tactics to drive lead generation and conversion (including e-mail marketing, SEM, SEO, social media marketing (SMM), content marketing, inbound marketing, etc.)
- Have a experience two years in Digital Marketing
- Understand the platform of Google Analytics Tools
- Understand the platform of Facebook Ads, and Google Adwords
- Able to analyze effectiveness of every digital marketing methods
- Able to optimize all digital campaigns according to different objectives
- Able to work under pressure
