• Develop database of Collaboration Program of all programs
• Monitor the achievement on target of Collaboration Program of all programs
• Analyze data and develop regular report on Collaboration Program of all programs
• Provide report on Collaboration Program needed for supporting accreditation of programs and university
• Develop and maintain database of partners HEI, Industry, Government and Foundation
• Provide the application on processing Collaboration Program of BINUS University
• Build and maintain good relationship with partners
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Job Specification
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related area
• Engages personal development programs and promotes team learning
• Initiates new alternatives for current approaches to better meet needs
• Delivers excellent customer service by giving added value
• Delivers good execution of standard operation by giving added value
• Provides contributions based on his/her own role to support business performance
• Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and presentation software (i.e. PowerPoint)
• Good verbal and written English
• Familiar with overseas Higher Education and Corporation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
