We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager for Jakarta territory who will partner with us and ensure the long-term success of our Clients
Business Development Manager responsibilities including developing long-terms relationship with our portfolio Clients and cross functional internal team to ensure the timely and successfully delivery of our IT Automation solutions according to Clients needs.
Responsibilities :
• Achieving assigned annual sales target
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business both for CHANNEL and END USER customers u¨ Cold Call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities
• Meet Potential clients and the decision makers within the client organisation
• Research and build relationships with new clients
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s executive
• Plan approaches and pitches
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to client’s needs, concerns and objectives
• Participate in pricing the solution/service
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
• Present an image that mirrors that of the client
Requirements :
• 3 to 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in Technology Solution selling
• Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Presentation & Public Speaking, Writing, Sale Closing Skills
• Minimum S1 degree or equivalent
