Informasi Lowongan Pekerjaan Senior IT Application Support Engineer (lokasi penempatan di Malaysia)
• Troubleshooting complex support incidents
• Liaising with Customers to review feedback on support incidents
• Coaching and mentoring junior members of the support team through case reviews, product escalations and sharing sessions
• Resolving customer issues/incidents, including identifying software defects, working through integration issues and driving forward solutions to various application performance.
• Direct & work through fundamental core product issues with product development and bug teams
• Handle internal and customer escalations timely to drive or turnaround positive customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting within a Java Runtime Environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with Application Servers (Apache, Tomcat, etc), SSL, Proxy.
• Demonstrated database and SQL experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc).
• Experience working with various operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac, etc).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Solving problems is what keeps you motivated.
• You are a process improvement advocate. You love Agile and the LEAN methodology.
This position only for Indonesian, will be based in Malaysia with interesting package.
Shift Timings:
7 am to 4 pm – APAC shift – Allowance of MYR 600 per month
3 pm to 12 pm – EMEA shift – Allowance of MYR 1000 per month
Salary:
Maximum salary paid so far is MYR 12000 / month for Senior Support Engineer
