PT TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) was established in 1990, and serves the community in customs, especially the import of time-sensitive shipments through handling warehouses.
Speed, consistent reliability and responsible services makes JNE more credible in their customers’ minds. With the increase of foreign investment and economic growth in Indonesia, as well as the development of information technology and various innovations which JNE has developed, JNE’s performance has been growing in business groups in Indonesia. This opportunities have pushed JNE to grow and to expand its network to the major cities of Indonesia. Today, there are more than a thousand JNE’s service points and counting, with more than 30,000 employees.
JNE service points are connected by online communication systems through which the company can determine the status of packages or document shipping. JNE promotes human resources and technology as well as a part of development, from x-ray machines, GPS, to satellite communication gear.
