• Bachelor’s Degree, any field (Japan Literature Preferred)
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent / able to speak Japanese
• Willing to work weekends
• Willing to handle resident concern or complaints
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
