APICAL is the downstream business of Asian Agri Group (www.asianagri.com), a key member of PT. Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) Indonesia (www.rgei.com). APICAL’s refineries, located in North Jakarta (KBN Marunda), Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) and Tanjung Balai (Sumatera), have a combined capacity of more than 5 million MT per annum of palm oil products. The Group has plans to further expand its refinery operations to other strategic locations in Java and Kalimantan. Bulking tank sites are located at Padang (Sumatera) and Bagendang (Central Kalimantan); similarly with plan to set up new strategic tank sites in Sumatera and Kalimantan.

Job Descriptions :

• Collects all types of information from overseas markets and informs the information system to make strategic decision making easier
• Prepares, carries outs and checks on the follow-up of import-export operations
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Helping the sales team by creating ongoing activities that promote the company and its products.
• Learns from his / her customers what his / her competitors are doing to promote their products, reads industry publications, visits industry websites and attends conventions, conferences and trade shows.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
• Good understanding of international trade and market demands and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good in building relationships, negotiation skill & have strong motivation for sales.
• Preferable fluent in Mandarin.
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in KBN Marunda, Cilincing area & working on alternate Saturday Off (half day).
