BINUS UNIVERSITY – JWC (Faculty of Business) has an opportunity to work as a Support Staff for Faculty

Requirements :

Female – age Max. 35 Years
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or Bachelor Degree in any major
Good command of English both oral & writing
Computer literate is a must – familiar with Windows 7 especially Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
Able to handle all administration & secretarial duties for the team
Possess effective communication, interpersonal skill & great team work attitude
Willing to work long hours / under pressure
The incumbent will report to the Dean, Faculty of Business
Good in Administration Skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

Main Duties:

To provide a full range of secretarial support and administrative services
To provide secretarial and administrative assistance
Manage diary arrangements and arrange meetings and appointments, both internal and external
Manage general correspondence on behalf of the supervisor – compile letters, faxes, emails as requested
Book meeting rooms, welcoming clients and any other requirements for meetings or events held by the company
Facilitate all travel arrangements with task such as arranging flights, accommodation and completion of expense claim forms, if required
Create and maintain a clear and efficient filing system
Generate reports and presentation material for the team if required
