Job Description:
- Participate as a subject matter experts in a social chatting mobile app
- Develops and maintains a product operation plan
- Responsible monitoring and operating various metrics
- Assess feasibilities & dependencies on partner cooperation in operation perspective
- Communicate with partner for requirement collection, and estimate scope of development work accurately
- Developing a new methods to engage customer on social platforms
- Monitoring, responding to, and communicating with the online community
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business / Information Technology or related discipline; background in statistics a plus
- Min 5 experience, with at least 2 years solid experience in social media operation
- Strong quantitative skills and high proficiency with excel
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and how they can be engaged in different scenarios / activities
- Strong project management or organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team across multi-cultural environment
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Community management , vendor management experience, a plus
