Job Description:

  • Participate as a subject matter experts in a social chatting mobile app
  • Develops and maintains a product operation plan
  • Responsible monitoring and operating various metrics
  • Assess feasibilities & dependencies on partner cooperation in operation perspective
  • Communicate with partner for requirement collection, and estimate scope of development work accurately
  • Developing a new methods to engage customer on social platforms
  • Monitoring, responding to, and communicating with the online community

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business / Information Technology or related discipline; background in statistics a plus
  • Min 5 experience, with at least 2 years solid experience in social media operation
  • Strong quantitative skills and high proficiency with excel
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and how they can be engaged in different scenarios / activities
  • Strong project management or organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team across multi-cultural environment
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Community management , vendor management experience, a plus
