Dyme Ventures is looking for creative and innovative graduates to join our team as a Graphic Designer.

Job Description:
Graphic Designer in our marketing department executes the design of both online and offline materials including web design, presentations, info-graphics, eBooks, our trade show presence and materials, and much more. Our graphic designer will work closely with internal teams and external clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create design solutions based on client’s needs
Developing concepts, layouts, graphic, and design for visual design contents
Develop relationships with internal teams across departments
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with an acute attention to details

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Able to listen to clients’ needs
Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines with last minute edits and delivers work on time
Detail oriented with good organization skills
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and familiarity with HTML and MS Office
Pride in designs produced and ownership of projects
Communicates effectively by knowing when to ask the right questions to get the job done correctly
Willingness to learn and be a team player
Thoughtful, intelligent and self motivated
Can work with minimal supervision
