Job Details:

• This position is for an experienced Project Manager who will work closely with our clients mainly in the Telecommunication Sector.
• The Project Manager will manage a team of Consultants working in multiple locations.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for a large portfolio of projects and will manage Project SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team for a system implementation project
• Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
• Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback
• Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations
• With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans
• Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Manage relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract
• Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions
• Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes
• Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor’s expectations
• Responsible for management report, for internal PMO team and also client PMO team.
• Work together with vendors to deliver the project, and become customer advocate for every things related to project and future engagement.
• Manage onsite and offsite resources with different background (different culture, country, etc)

Desired Skill and Experiences:

• Experience in IT large scale system integration project (Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, DB Migration, Security, etc)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences in project management
• Strong communication skills, equally adept at people, business management and MS Project.
• Skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management.
• PMP Certified is preferable
• Excellent skills in work plan management, management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources
• Proven ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa and English
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Preferable has been working in IT consulting with similar role
• Has deliver implementation project with multimillion value

Status: PERMANENT
Salary range : min 20.000.000 IDR (depending on seniority)
