PT. Jerca Utama Sakti ( Antibug ) is looking for Operational Manager position
Requirements :
- Age Max. 55 years
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related background
- Male or female
- Having a Work Experience in Pest & Termite Control
- Having a Strong Leadership is a must
- Having networking and knowledge in Pest Control / Chemical industry
- Good in Indonesian ( oral and written ),English is an advantage.
- Communicative, ability to coordinate with other department and proven have excellent management
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide to the technical & operational team in the company to achieve service excellence and efficiency
- Check monthly department report and ensures company operations is operating within the budget
- Planning and developing the division in providing in the best inventory, fast and precise time by customers to support sales activities in achieving the target
- Monitor and maintain harmonious relationship with other functions or divisions to see all customer needs as well as opportunities to minimize the negative impact on business
- Managing and planning the budget to support the company’s business and the analysis and identification of all budgets to sustain the project
- Develop and motivate subordinates in order to function accordance with its role effectively and efficiently
- Provide input the board of directors about strategic matters relating to the operation
- Provide report to the operation and development of the division to directors
- Working with the management team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies
