Finance Manager
As our first Finance team member, you’ll provide key insights to our regional CFO, senior management, sales leadership, and sales operations teams. This is a tremendous opportunity to help build our finance team from the ground up while analyzing, planning, forecasting, and tracking our performance.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and execute forecasting, reporting, and value-added analysis activities for the business.
  • Help shape and drive development of reporting and analytics in Indonesia by automating and streamlining processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide weekly revenue reporting and insights and track key performance indicators to drive incremental revenue.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to understand their information needs.
  • Craft and present sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights on important trends and risks.

HR Manager
We’re looking for a HR manager to help us find the best and brightest to grow our sales and operations teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to assist with identifying, recruiting, and hiring top-notch talent for our teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop an extensive understanding of our team goals, processes, culture and needs.
  • Evaluate the quality of a high volume of resumes, source top talent from job applications, college recruiting, LinkedIn, employee and referrals and create new and different ways of sourcing candidates and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and introductory conversations; manage the hiring calendar and timeline.  
  • Give and negotiate offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, always following through diligently.
  • Become an expert on all things start-up related: companies, markets, landscapes, positions.

Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to assist our sales team conceive and execute industry-focused sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidates are creative enthusiasts who understand the Indonesian market and leverages data-driven insights to create presentations, pitches, and proposals appropriate for the target audience. The Marketing Manager will manage both offline and online channels, whereas the Digital Marketing Manager will focus on digital ad campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Manage and execute sales development and marketing activities
  • Create, design, and build brand and tactical campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with other country marketing teams on the best marketing strategies, programs, and ad packages
  • Work with sponsors on content and community strategy via social media platforms

What you’ve got:

  • Relevant experience managing sales and marketing development efforts at a digital media publisher, startup, advertising agency, or related communications/media company.
