We are focusing on providing customers with all spectrums of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Currently we are known as the only Oracle Siebel Certified Partner in Indonesia. Our vision is to become a preferred business partner for CRM Solutions in Indonesia and we are ready to develop our scope to Asia Pacific region.

PT.Phincon – Member of  Phintraco Group, is currently looking for a good & professional person for position as Sales & Marketing and IT Consultant.

Role : Sales & Marketing

1.   Account Executive (AE)

• S1 from reputable University (any background)
• Fresh graduate is welcome
  
• Comprehending in proposal preparation
  
• Comfortable and competent speaking before small and large groups with or without media presentation.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and a team player with high creativity & initiative
  
• Positive attitude, hard working, strong interpersonal & communication skill
  
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.

2.   Account Executive (AM)

• S1 from reputable University (any background)
• Comprehending in proposal preparation
• Comfortable and competent speaking before small and large groups with or without media presentation.
• Has minimum 2 years experience in Sales, with IT Consulting background is preferable
• Having CRM knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and a team player with high creativity & initiative
• Positive attitude, hard working, strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.

3.   Presales (PR-SLS)                                                   

• Educational background in computer science or engineering (S1)
• Have experience in presales within IT related industry is preferable
• Have knowledge in various IT Technologies (server, external storage, various operating system and application, networking, etc.)
• Have knowledge in various IT products (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)
• Have a good communication in English (spoken & written)
• Fast learner and have attention to detail
• Have a good Presentation Skill
• Self-starter, dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated person
• Ability to work under pressure, high integrity, committed, and responsible person

Role : IT Consultant

4.   IT Consultant (IT-TECH)

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma from reputable university majoring in Technical Informatics/Electrical engineering with min GPA 2.75/4.0
• Proficient level in English both written and spoken
• Min. 2 years experience
• Having knowledge of java / PHP / C /C# / Oracle, OOP, Database design, Telecommunication
• Able to work under pressure and a team player with initiative and adaptive
• Having a good analytical, strong communication and presentation skill
• Positive attitude, hard working and problem solving skill 

5.   IT Consultant for Business Intelligence (IT-BI)

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma from reputable university majoring in Technical Informatics/Electrical engineering with min GPA 2.75/4.0
• Proficient level in English both written and spoken
• Min. 2 years experience
• Having experience in implementation of Oracle BI (Business Intelligence)
• Having knowledge of java / PHP / C /C# / Oracle, OOP, Database design, Telecommunication
• Able to work under pressure and a team player with initiative and adaptive
• Having a good analytical, strong communication and presentation skill
• Positive attitude, hard working and problem solving skill

6.   IT Consultant for Business Analyst (IT-BA) 

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma from reputable university majoring in Technical Informatics/Industrial Engineering/ System Informatics with min GPA 3/4.0
• Proficient level in English both written and spoken
• Min. 1 year experience, job role in Functional Consultant/Business Analyst/System Analyst
• Have knowledge of business process Banking and Telco (preferred)
• Able to work under pressure and a team player with initiative and adaptive
• Having a good analytical, strong communication and presentation skill
• Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio and Microsoft Power Point
• Positive attitude, hard working and problem solving skill

7.   Project Manager (PM)

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma, IT related educational background with min GPA 3/4.0
• Min. 2 years experience as Project Manager, Banking or Telco preferred
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, scheduling and resource allocation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Mature, credible, smart with sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure and a team player with initiative and adaptive
• Skilled in using Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Positive attitude, hard working and problem solving skill
• Proficient level in English both written and spoken
