GUI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of development team to develop Multi-platform Application.
• User Interface Development.
• Designing Screen View for Windows, Web and Mobile Application.
• Offer new ideas and communicates effectively.
• Find opportunities to take advantage of existing platforms & communities to improve our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Multi Media Design or related technical discipline.
• 
  
• 1-2 years’ experience of application development in business sector, preferably in brokerage/financial environment.
• Experience with design GUI for Windows/Web Application
• Experience architecting and implementing GUI with costume control.
• Have a sense of art to making a GUI Design based on User Need.
• Applicable design and development tools or equivalent – Visio, Dreamweaver, Fireworks/Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proven talent for creating fresh, unique and professional designs.
• Creativity and design Skills.
• Initiative and passion about design.
• Ability to think outside of the box for cutting edge / next generation user interface.
• Artistic skills and desires relating to GUI design and layout to make well composed and visually stunning user interface.
• Work closely with product management and marketing teams to understand the target audience and market-place for new features.
• Passionate about user experience and web site usability.
• Experience with design and/or development of mobile application would be a plus.
• Be motivated and able work independently.
• Goodinterpersonal skill and able to work in team as well.
• Fluent in written English; other international languages will be a plus.

Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Analysis the business requirement and exchange protocol of electronic order flow to various stock and derivate exchange
• Create code & complex system structure for windows,mobile and web based application.
• 
  
• Programming will be mainly done the Linux/Unix operating system in C++ or our proprietary programming languages.
• Prepare software development documentations.
• Perform unit & system testing to manage defect.
• To develop state of art software application which align with the customer requirement and to ensure that the deliveries are in high quality level according to the industry standard

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ information technology, engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or related technical discipline.
• 1-2 years’ experience of application development in business sector, preferably in brokerage/financial environment.
• Experience in real-time data processing, transaction based application and client/server architectures.
• Experience of object oriented programming and C++ is essential. Skills in Java, VB6, C# or .Net also be useful.
• Experience of  Linux/Unix and scripting languages (eq. Unix shell script, Perl)
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP Programming and Multithread.
• Display a creative personality, like challenging works and learning new things.
• Ability to find a way to “make it work”.
• Any previous experience of financial industry or knowledge of financial trading or FIX protocol would be an advantage
• Independence, self-starter, able to work with little supervision and under pressure.
• Goodinterpersonal skill and able to work in team as well.
• Fluent in written English; other international languages will be a plus.
