ILP Pancoran is looking for 1-2 Java and PHP programmers. The main responsibilities are as follows:

Creating software based on the design from the IT Consultant.
Conduct code upgrade and maintenance of the software.
IT resource management, upgrade and maintenance in ILP.

In order to fulfill those responsibilities above, we require someone with certain qualifications:

Individual qualities: Honest, open-minded, hard working, ability(willing) to learn new things, good communication and teamwork skills, preferably fresh graduates.
IT skills: Strong foundation/basics in programming and problem solving, database design and User Interface design.
Programming languages: Java, PHP, SQL (MySQL), C++ (Optional). (And no, we DON’T use/plan to use Cocoa, VB or .NET)
Good coding style and standard.
OS: Linux and Windows.
IDE: Netbeans or Eclipse.

Requirement no.1 is a must-have. Serious applicants should make a portfolio and send it to us along with the job application (Application letter + CV). What we expect from a portfolio is not how capable you are to make complex or big software. What we really expect and check are as follows:

Applicant’s basic ability in IT and programming as described above.
Honesty (Really guys, please don’t send us other’s work, just your own work. Those days in uni are long gone. Again, we don’t judge your expertise by using your portfolio. We include this as our expectations because we had received a number of plagiarised portfolios. We just want to see whether you can program and you have good habits/style in programming that suit our needs).
