Korean Language Class

BSSC is the only organization in BINUS Square that provide boarders with various events and activities. One of the activities held by BSSC OSR Culture Division is Korean Language Class. Korean Language Class was held on the 7th of November to the 19th of December 2017 with 16 participants. There were 5 classroom meetings and 1 session for them to hang out together. The purpose of this class is to facilitate boarders who are interested on learning Korean, both the language and the culture.

BSSC provided 2 teachers whom all of them are exchange students from Korea. The Korean class teachers were Hyun Ho Jo from Busan and Yuri Bae from Seoul. In this class, participants were taught the basic of Korean, such as greetings, introduction, numbers, Hangul, and various vocabularies. The teachers who taught the class delivered the materials with fun, innovative games, in order to keep the participants interested.

The classes took place at BS302 with 2.5 hours in duration, starts from 7:30 PM until 10 PM. And Hang Out Together held at Central Park Mall, Chung Gi Wa. There is one of  Korean class teacher’s friend join and hang out togerther with  participants. Chung Gi Wa is provided a lot of Korean food, such as Bibimbap, Seollengtang, and Bimbingneng Myun.
