THE EXAMINATION OF GUITAR CLASS
Based on the schedule from Art Division of Binus Square Student Committee (BSSC), on Monday, 10th April 2017, there was an examination for the Guitar Class. On this session, Hans Christian, as the mentor asked the participant to play one song of their choice in front of the class, one by one to see how far the participant understand to play guitar and perform it to the others.
At 19.30, there was five registered participants attended and gathered in BS301 room, BINUS Square. First, Hans did some review about the past sessions of the class. Then he gave several time to the participant to practice their song to be performed in front of the class. After that, each participants performed in front of the class and Hans gave some information to play better during the Class Performance. This enabled every participant to practice while being taught. Finally, all the participants performed and Hans gave his last advice to the participants to perform better not only for the Class Performance, but also to perform in the other events.
One of the participant, NabilaKhanza, said that from this class, she learnt a lot about new chords and knowledge of guitar. She thought that she played good enough already, but she realized that she still needs to learn more. She hopes that after this class finished, the mentors and the participants still want to play and share their knowledge together like in the class.
All of the class sessions ended at 21.30. Hans said that he saw potentials in each of the participants. He hopes that after this class finished, the participants will keep learning because the participants has already know the basic of guitar. It is only the matter of time to more about guitar instrument.
